Wearer comfort is guaranteed thanks to an array of soft-yet-supportive foam insoles, as well as padded collars. In line with Merrell's strong commitment to sustainability, the footbeds, linings and laces of Speed 2 walking shoes are made using recycled materials. Designed with the serious hiker firmly in mind, Merrell's new Forestbound boots are crafted using highly-durable leather of the finest quality. The hiking boots feature numerous protective elements, including high-grip outsoles, reinforced toe caps, bellow tongues and fully-waterproof internal membranes. 

On the inside, breathable mesh linings team with EVA foam midsoles and  contoured Kinetic Fit™ BASE insoles provide extremely high levels of comfort and support. The smart boots are rendered in an attractive Cloudy colour scheme in sizes from 7 to 12, with some half-sizes also available.
