Online Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but sometimes for whatever reason, you may wish to return your order with us.
In line with Consumer Protection (Distance selling) 2000 legislation, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused goods if you return them to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. Simply post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels attached, together with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining your requirements. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. There could be a delay in issuing you an automatic refund on return of your product(s) if the above documentation isn't provided correctly.
Postage is a non-refundable aspect of buying online, we cannot refund any postage charges when you return an item to us due to you changing your mind or making a wrong decision.

Store returns policy
When buying from us in-store, please choose carefully as we do not issue refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. However, in this instance, we will exchange or issue a credit note if returned within 7 days and accompanied with a receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Postage Info
Postage will be charged on all goods returned for exchange. We recommend you use Royal Mail standard services or Parcel2Go Courier Services. It is your duty to apply for correct insurance at an appropriate value.
If you are returning Faulty Goods, please return them in a clean condition as we are unable to accept any soiled goods.

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case, we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your own cost.
In all cases, the goods must be in an unused and saleable condition with all tags and labels attached and will be inspected on their return.
If you decide to cancel the contract for your order with Vareys Town & Country you must let us know in writing (email is fine), quoting your order number. Please email caz@spexopticians.co.uk
